For our finals in Ethics in Professional Communication class, we were asked to choose and discuss an ethical issue in the workplace.
I chose to cover the topic of whistleblowing. In my paper, I defined whistleblowing and identified the risks involved when an employer chooses to blow the whistle. I used two studies as my theoretical framework to identify if deciding to whistleblow is the ethical choice.
The final output is a paper and a 15-minute presentation in class. A copy of my final paper can be downloaded below.
